Available only in the PRO edition.
To merge several virtual and/or real ports in one port bundle, follow these steps:
- Сreate a new port bundle. To do that, click the “Merge” icon on the vertical menu at the left, then click the “Merge ports” button:
- Choose real and/or virtual ports you want to merge so any data received by one of the joined ports was replicated to all the other ports of the bundle. You can add ports to the joining list by clicking the “+” button, and remove them by clicking the “-” button. Also, you can use the
button to access the selected ports’ settings.
Once you’ve added all the required ports to the list, you can enter a custom name for this bundle into the “Description” field for easier identification. Also, you can enable strict baudrate emulation by ticking the respective checkbox:
- Click the ‘Create’ button. Now you can click this port bundle in the Bundle tree to view its settings:
Note: If you receive an error message when creating a port bundle, you can analyze the information shown in the Activity log.
